Denmark

Prices

All prices at LYKKELAND Atelier are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

We accept payment via Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and out-of-stock/discontinued items.

Anyday payments:
When paying with Anyday, the first installment is charged when the item is shipped. The remaining balance is paid in monthly installments over the following three months. If all payments are made on time, there are no interest or fees. Delivery

We ship with:

  • UPS
  • GLS
  • PostNord

Delivery time is typically 2–3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday. Most packages are delivered the next day, but delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Timely delivery depends on the shipping providers meeting their schedules. LYKKELAND Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. For missing deliveries, contact: hello@lykkelandatelier.com

GLS Flex Delivery:
If you choose delivery without signature, both LYKKELAND Atelier and GLS disclaim responsibility once the package has been delivered. We recommend selecting a safe delivery location.

Holidays and Peak Periods

Delivery times may be longer during holidays such as Christmas, Easter, and Black Friday. For Christmas delivery, please order no later than 6 days before December 24.

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there are any issues (errors, missing items, or non-delivery).

EU Delivery

We currently ship to: Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, and Germany.
Shipping is handled by GLS.

Complaints (Warranty Claims)

To submit a claim, please create a return label via our return portal (found under “Returns & Exchanges” on our webshop): https://www.lykkelandatelier.com/policies/refund-policy

Select “Claim” and upload an image of the product so we can assess the issue quickly.

Under Danish law, you have a 24-month warranty. If your claim is valid, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction.

Claims must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Claims made within two months are always considered timely.

If the claim is valid, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and obtain proof of shipment.

Exchanges

You may exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase via our return portal.
Select “Exchange” and specify the desired product/size.

Exchanges are free of charge, provided the item has not been used and passes inspection.

 

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Returns:
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, processing takes 7–9 business days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. A fee of DKK 39 will be deducted from your refund.

Have your order number and email ready.

You are responsible for the item during return shipping. Refusing delivery does not count as a return. Uncollected packages returned to us will incur a fee of DKK 49.

For EU returns, we recommend using UPS and locating your nearest access point.

Condition of Returned Items

If the item has decreased in value due to use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, only a partial refund may be issued—or none at all.

Items may be tried on as in a physical store but must not be used.

We recommend returning items in their original packaging. Missing packaging may result in a reduction in value.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded for returned items. Any loss in value will be deducted.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
