Payment Methods

We accept the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, AMEX, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We also accept MobilePay.

When placing an order, the amount will be reserved on your account but will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Gift Card / Store Credit

If you have received a gift card (store credit) from a previous purchase, it can be used as payment for a new order. Your gift card is valid for two years, and the value can be found in the email sent to you with the code.

The code can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.

It is not possible to apply a gift card after an order has been completed.

A gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you return items, you will be refunded either via a new gift card or a combination of gift card and cash, depending on how the original order was paid.

When will I be charged?

The amount is reserved on your account when the purchase is completed and will only be charged once your order has been shipped and you have received your order confirmation and receipt.
